Location: Qatar,

Main Duties

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Channel Specific Support functions, which includes:
  • Pricing alignment
  • Stock checking & preparing updates
  • Order follow ups based on LPOs - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines
  • Official Communication to the customers including Product Updates & Informing the clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Acting as Call Centre Agent
  • Sample Tracking
  • Tender File Preparations
  • Sample Management
  • Manage Promotions - Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Sales Analysis & Report Preparations - Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Job Requirements

Age Limit

Not more than 35years


 +2 level education; Preference to Diploma in business, Marketing or a related field or Graduates


Work Experience

  • A minimum of one year as Sales Coordinator in the same capacity 

Skills and Competencies

  • Full understanding of the English language
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of M.S. Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint]
  • Team Building Skills
