Betty Crocker New SKU Training
On 8th November 2016, our partners from Betty Crocker at General Mills UAE flew into Qatar to hold a training for the QNIE sales and merchandising team.
The training revolved around new initiatives being taken jointly by both Betty Crocker and QNIE around improving product availability, visibility and creative in market execution.
Training participants were taken through various exercises and quizzes to develop better top of mind around the various SKUs, planograms and market growth strategies to deliver leadership in the retail bakery ingredient section.
